Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- The customer must provide a clear and detailed address on the map, including the building, villa or apartment number, street name, city and code.
The postal address must include the phone number and name of the recipient or the person authorized to receive it.
- The store works on preparing and delivering orders within (1) working day from the date of the order, noting that the delivery of orders within Riyadh is from (1-2 working days) - outside Riyadh from (1-4 working days) and the customer must follow up on his order after delivering it to the shipping company and contact them in the event of inquiries or delays.
- The store apologizes for the inability to ship and deliver in the event of events beyond its control. The customer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded.
- Orders are delivered to the shipping company on official working days from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
- Any error or incomplete information in the order, such as the mobile number or shipping address, may result in a delay in the order and will be the customer's responsibility.
- Product replacement fee in case of wrong order is 25 riyals
Shipping companies have the right to resend the order in the following cases:
- If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or changes the date of receipt
- If the customer is not present at the delivery address
- If the customer does not respond to the shipping companies’ calls in these cases, the customer bears the shipping, delivery and return costs, and they will be deducted from the order value when it is returned to the store for return to the customer.
