- Similac Gold 2 is a new and improved infant formula for babies from 6 to 12 months.
Directions for use:
- Use and feed your baby according to your doctor's instructions. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are all important when preparing infant formula.
- Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious harm. Infant formula powders are not sterile and should not be given to premature infants or those with immune system problems unless under the guidance and supervision of a physician.
- Wash the baby bottle and all utensils, then boil them for five minutes. Set them aside on a clean surface.
- In a separate bowl, boil water for five minutes and let it cool.
- Pour the appropriate amount of previously boiled lukewarm water into the sterilized bottle.
- Fill the enclosed scoop by pressing it towards the can, then scrape off the excess with the flat edge of a knife.
- Add one level scoop of powder to every 60 ml of water. Mix until completely dissolved. Check the temperature of the meal, then feed it to your child.
- When starting to breastfeed, discard any remaining formula.
- Extra meals should be stored in the refrigerator (between 2 and 4°C) for 24 hours.
