Our hair is primarily composed of keratin, a protein that gives it elasticity, flexibility, and shine. Keratin is made from sulfur-containing amino acids—cysteine and methionine—enhanced by zinc and B vitamins. It's also a major component of our nails.

Directions for use:
- Take two capsules in the morning with a large glass of water during breakfast.
- Exclusively for adults and teens 15 years and older.
