Directions for use:
- Wash your hands and sterilize all tools used.
- Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes and let it cool in the kettle for 30 minutes to approximately 40°C.
- Measure the required amount of water (see feeding instructions) into the sterilized bottle. Do not use water that has been boiled multiple times.
- Always use the scoop provided in the container. Smooth off any excess powder with the back of a clean knife. Do not press extra powder into the container.

- Add the correct scoop of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can harm your child.
- Cover the feeding bottle and shake well (for 10 seconds) until the powder dissolves. Remove the cap and replace it with the sterilized nipple.
- Check the temperature on your wrist before breastfeeding (37°C).
Warnings and Precautions:
- Use the prepared feed within one hour.
- Always discard leftover feeds.
- Do not heat feeds in the microwave, as hot spots may form and cause burns.
- Do not add any extra scoops or anything else to your baby's feed.
- The feeding schedule provides general guidelines for a baby's needs. The size of the feed and the number of feeds per day can be adjusted according to needs.
