  • Anti-anemia, a combination drug that compensates for iron and folic acid deficiency in the body.
  • Iron is essential for the proper functioning of various heme and non-heme substrates:
  • Hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytochromes, peroxidases and catalases;
  • Adequate amounts of iron are required for efficient red blood cell production. Iron acts as a carrier of oxygen and electrons, catalyzes vital metabolic processes (oxygenation/oxygenation, hydroxylation), participates in cell growth and proliferation, stimulates the function of hematopoietic organs, participates in immune reactions, and is involved in DNA synthesis, which is critical for the body's growth and development. Iron in the mother's body contributes to a sharp reduction in fetotoxic and teratogenic effects and also has a positive effect on the child's metabolic processes, cognitive activity, and development.
  • Folic acid is a B vitamin. It is reduced in the body to tetrahydrofolic acid, a coenzyme involved in various metabolic processes. Folic acid is essential for the normal maturation of megaloblasts and the formation of normal blastomeres. It stimulates erythropoiesis and participates in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleic acids, purines, and pyrimidines, as well as in choline metabolism. Folic acid plays an active role in the regulation of hematopoietic functions and has an anti-anemic effect in macrocytic anemia. Daily folic acid intake in early pregnancy can prevent neural tube defects in the fetus, such as anencephaly and spina bifida, in 75% of cases. In addition, folic acid prevents preterm birth, premature birth, and premature rupture of the amniotic membrane. During pregnancy, it protects the body from the effects of teratogenic factors.

Product Features:

  • Treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia with folic acid deficiency, as well as iron deficiency conditions caused by pregnancy, poor absorption of iron from the gastrointestinal tract, prolonged bleeding, and malnutrition;
  • Prevention of anemia, miscarriage and premature birth.

Instructions for use:

  • For adults: Take one capsule daily. In some cases, the dose may be increased.

Contraindications:

  • Diseases accompanied by iron accumulation in the body (aplastic and hemolytic anemia, thalassemia, hemochromatosis, hemochromatosis);
  • Violations of iron absorption (sideroblastic anemia, lead anemia, pernicious anemia / vitamin B12 deficiency);
  • Anemia not related to iron or folic acid deficiency (including hemolytic anemia, lead anemia, and megaloblastic anemia);
  • Hypersensitivity to any of the drug components.
