Strepsils Intensive is a medicated lozenge containing 8.75mg of flurbiprofen, which has powerful analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory properties. It relieves sore or inflamed sore throats for up to 4 hours. Available in popular honey and lemon flavors.
Take Strepsils Intensive when your throat is swollen or inflamed. It provides targeted relief that lasts up to 4 hours thanks to the anti-inflammatory action of flurbiprofen.
Usage instructions:
Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years of age: One tablet is absorbed/dissolves slowly in the mouth every 3 to 6 hours as needed.
The maximum number of lozenges is 5 in a 24-hour period. It is recommended to use this product for a maximum of three days.
Children: Not specified for children under 12 years of age.
Elderly patients: A general dosage recommendation cannot be given, as clinical experience is currently limited. Elderly patients are at increased risk of serious adverse reactions.
Warnings and precautions:

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to flurprofen or any of the compounds in the product.
Patients who have previously shown hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., asthma, bronchospasm, rhinitis, angioedema, urticaria) in response to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
Active or history of recurrent peptic ulcer/bleeding (two or more episodes of confirmed ulceration) and intestinal ulceration.
A history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, acute colitis, bleeding or hematopoietic disorders associated with previous NSAID therapy.
The last third of pregnancy.
Severe heart failure, severe kidney failure, or severe liver failure.

Potassium hydroxide, levomenthol. Each tablet contains 2.5 grams of carbohydrates.
